| This is a long ago photo of the GLENN farm in Laurel Creek Township, Watauga County, N.C. The farm consisted of the usual farm buildings; chicken house and woodshed near the house. The large barn and a garage for the family car are in the foreground. Grandfather Glenn first had a Model "T" FORD car, reported to be one of the first autos in the community.
