Photo was made about 1918 at the GLENN farm. In the bottom row is PAPPY GREER (Died 1927), and is shown as the 4th person from the left. At left of PAPPY is WHITFIELD FARTHING, who was a brother to my GRANDFATHER WILLIAM FARTHING'S father,( THOMAS BROWN FARTHING). Whitfield Farthing served in the Confederate army and was captured 1864 at Petersburg, Virginia and was sent to Union prison at Point Lookout, Maryland. ( a brother, William Watkins Farthing, was killed in battle at Brandy Station, Va. as reported elsewhere in this website)

In back row( 4th from left) is EDITH GREER ( sister to Callie Glenn).All of the children born to Louis and Callie Glenn are in this photo except Marshall Glenn who moved to Montana about 1910.

At lower right, sitting to the right of PAPPY Greer is Dow Tester, father of Clyde Tester, who is to his right. Dow is holding Leta, and Clyde is holding Cecil.( Leta and Cecil are children of Clyde and Eunice Glenn Tester). Sitting behind Clyde tester is Aubyn Farthing holding his son Ray (born 1915). At Aubyn farthing's right is Hard Thomas, holding daughter, Selma ( born 1916). Behind Hard Thomas are sons, Herby and Hubert. Aubyn Farthing is married to Hazel Glenn and Hard Thomas is married to Clydie Glenn.
