Uncle Bob Glenn is shown in photo at right with several others. This was when they were enrolled at the TRAINING SCHOOL ( High School ) in Boone, N.C. during the early 1920s. Uncle Bob is 3rd from left, and standing far right, at the very edge of the photo, appears to be Dad's brother, Thomas Farthing.

Both Tom and Bob entered Berea College at Berea, Ky. after they graduated fron the high school in Boone. After graduating from Berea College, both of them enrolled in MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES and became physicians.
