| The top photo shows the GREER farm ( one mile from the Farthing homeplace) located a short distance up the Watauga river. Dad and Mother acquired full title to this farm after my Great Grandfather, Dick Greer, died in the early 1930s. Photo was taken in the mid-1970s.
